SHIPPING INFORMATION.
Orders received by 3:00pm are normally dispatched on the same business day. However, all orders are still subject to stock availability. Orders received after 3.00pm will be dispatched on the following business day. Orders placed after 3.00pm on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
If we are unable to ship your order according to the above policy we will contact you either by phone or email to confirm a shipping date.
Occasionally, there may be delays within the dispatch/delivery system due to a number of reasons such as Easter, Christmas, Weather conditions and Pandemics.  Although delays are rare, please allow 5 working days for your order to arrive.
Shipping charges vary based on product weight and delivery location. The exact shipping charge will be confirmed during the checkout process.
We are unable ship orders through our online store where the total order weight exceeds 30kgs.

DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2001, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website within seven working days (not including weekends or bank holidays) from the day after delivery of your item(s) for a full refund. Any upgraded delivery costs will not be refunded.
To cancel, you can email (pcarleyfirearms@gmail.com), write,  or call us (086 6861154) quoting your order number. All goods must then be posted using “Recorded Delivery” to ensure their safe arrival. All postage costs are the end user’s responsibility. All returned goods must be unopened and in resaleable condition. Once we have received the returned goods, we will refund your money within 30 days.
